About Us

OTSL was founded in 2005 as a result of the
re-branding of CDSL (Coastal Diving Services
Limited) which has been providing marine
and sub-sea service solutions to the Oil and
Gas Industry both up and down stream in
Trinidad and Tobago and South America
since 1979.

In the past 30 years, CDSL/OTSL has carried
out the most challenging sub-sea and
marine projects for all of the major Oil and
Gas Companies operating in this region.

- Inspections
